Valentine’s Day was not just a one-day celebration at ipNX this year. We dedicated an entire week, aptly named ipNX Love Week, to showering our amazing colleagues across all regions with appreciation and love.
The celebration kicked off with heartfelt messages from the Heads of Departments to their teams, reminding everyone of the value they bring to the ipNX family. We also hosted a Happy Hour Fastest Finger competition, where employees had to answer trivia questions about ipNX, and Valentine’s Day. Congratulations to our winner, who aced the trivia with four correct answers.
However, the week undoubtedly peaked with the Gift Exchange game. Staff anonymously selected partners and had the exciting task of picking out thoughtful and personalized gifts for each other. It was a heartwarming way to connect and spread joy in the office.
As a glowing tradition, the information systems and technology team continue to outperform by applying technology to develop automated systems which make employee engagement truly seamless and delightful. This was once again the case with the development of an automated gift exchange system.
