You can sign up to the self-service portal by clicking on ‘My ipNX’ and then clicking on the ‘Signup’ button on the home page or the activation link sent in the email you received when you signed up for service with ipNX. The following are the steps to sign up.
1. Enter your Customer ID.
2. Enter the email address you provided when signing up for service with ipNX.
3. Enter the username you would prefer to use on the portal.
4. Enter your choice of password.
5. Click on Submit button.
6. A secret code will be sent to the email address you entered.
7. Enter the secret code sent in your email in the input field.
8. Click on Submit button.
