You can upgrade your service plan via the ipNX Self-Service Portal.
- Simply login to the Customer Self-Service Portal – https://selfservice.ipnxnigeria.net/
- Click on MANAGE SERVICES
- Select CHANGE SERVICE PLAN.
- Choose your new plan
- Make payment
In addition, you can make payment for your desired plan online via Quickteller – www.quickteller.com/ipnx. After making payment for your desired plan, please contact us by sending a mail to support@ipnxnigeria.net with proof of payment to complete your upgrade/downgrade request.
