Setting up your ipNX Voice service is Easy! You can do this yourself!

To use the ipNX voice service, you will need:

- Your ipNX Modem

Then you will need to purchase:

- An analogue telephone

- An RJ11 telephone cable.

An analogue telephone is required to activate your complementary ipNX phone line. The RJ11 telephone cable and analogue phone are available for purchase in your nearest electronic store.

Follow these quick steps to get your ipNX voice service up:

- Ensure your modem is powered on

- Take your RJ11 cable and connect one end to the port of your analogue phone that reads “In”

- Connect the other end of the RJ11 cable into the port of your modem that reads phone 1 or Line 1

- Once both ends of the RJ 11 cable have been connected properly, your phone will come on.

- Pick up the receiver and listen for the dial tone

After connecting your RJ11 cable from the POTS port to your desk telephone, you should hear a dial tone once you pick up the phone receiver.

You can recharge your ipNX telephone line via the ipNX Customer Self-Service Portal or via Quickteller.

  1. To recharge your ipNX telephone line via the ipNX Customer Self-Service:

            - Login to SelfService Portal

            - Go to Manage services

            - Under Actions, click on “Top Up Now”

 

  1. To recharge your ipNX telephone line via Quickteller:

            - Visit www.quickteller.com/ipnx

             - Select payment for ipNX voice plans

             - Then enter your ipNX phone number as your customer ID.

  1. To know your credit balance on the ipNX Voice service, simply dial 123 on your desktop phone and listen for your balance.
  2. You can also confirm your credit balance from the ipNX customer self-service portal.

         - Login to Self-Service Portal

         - Go to Manage services

        - Under available balance, your credit balance will be displayed

Follow these easy steps to set-up a conference call:

- Dial 01-62849999

- Follow the voice prompt to create, join or cancel a conference.

- It’s important to listen for the conference code when setting up a conference call so you can share the code with others.

You can request for your call detail records via the ipNX Customer Self-Service Portal. To see your call detail records, follow the steps below:

- Login to the Self-Service Portal

- Go to manage services

- Under Actions, please select Call Detail Record

- Please note that the maximum range of period you can select at a time is 30 days.

- You can only view your past call detail records for a period that goes back 3 months from the current date.

  1. After setting up your ipNX Voice service, dial 129 on your desktop phone and listen for your number.
  2. You can also retrieve your phone number from the customer self-service portal.

           - Login to Self-Service Portal

           - Go to Manage services

           - Under service plan, your phone number will be displayed
